Jilin Tianze Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive high-tech manufacturing and trading enterprise. Our company was founded in 2006, mainly dedicating to developing and producing Hongyuan brand PE-Xa heating pipes, PE-RT geothermal pipes, PP-R hot/cold water pipes, PP-R fittings and manifolds,U-PVC drainage pipes. Tianze provides advanced solutions for indoor climates, floor/underfloor heating system,drainage system and water transportations in all building types, from residential houses to industrial and commercial buildings.

We have a pipe manufacturing factory which covers about 54,000 square meters with annual pipe capability reaching over 40,000,000 meters. We also have a professional technical research and development team; most products you need are independently designed, produced and supported by our company. Especially the PP-R manifold is our patented product which is designed and developed by our independent R&D team. Patent number is 201220005643.1. One special patent part is the most advanced and unique tube gripper structures.

Our company's production facilities are all imported from South Korea. The advantages are as follows: computer monitoring systems, totally enclosed automatic feeding systems, advanced technology process and the perfect testing instruments. The main raw materials that we use are South Korea LG raw materials (XL1800) and HONAM8100GX,SK global chemical DX800. All accessories are all imported from Japan and Europe, such as Germany Degussa DTBP cross-linking agent, Switzerland CIBA A/O1076 major antioxidants and PS802FL auxiliary antioxidants.

We also carry out a strict quality management system in accordance with ISO9001 requirements. Our products' qualifications can meet German Standard DIN8077 and DIN8078.
